He is survived by: his brother Rickey Haygood; his wife Rita Lemons Phillips; his children, Pamela Raper (Gary), Kathy Phillips and David Phillips; his stepchildren, Stacy Battles and Larry Martin Jr of Gadsden; and his siblings, Lynda Echols (Ricky), Barbra Satterfield, Johnny Phillips (Joyce), Jack Philips, Bob Phillips (Mae), Aunts Elaine Hoffman and Bobbie Goss. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
