He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Walton Fickle and Evelyn Louise Fickle; his father-in-law Ogal Baker; his wife Glenda Kay Fickle; his brother-in-law Donald Baker; and his brother Ted Fickle.
He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie Barnwell (Nathan), Tammy George (Bob) and Ami Hardy (Rickey); his grandchildren, Derek George (Callie), Ryan George (Kathryn), Breanna Gutierrez (Carlos) and Jacob Hardy (Montoria); his great grandchildren, Adelynn Hardy, Baker George, Brynlee Hardy and Natalie George; his mother-in-law Dorothy Baker; and his siblings-in-law, Terry Baker (Kate), David Baker (Judy) and Phyllis Baker.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Collier Butler Funeral Home (824 Rainbow Dr, Gadsden, AL 35901). A graveside service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Rainbow Memorial Gardens (1440 W Grand Ave, Gadsden, AL 35904).
