It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chester Maxwell Cochran of Gadsden, Alabama, who passed away on February 8, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Chester A. Cochran and Kate Cochran; his siblings, Christine, Tressie, Jo, Mary Evelyn, Nell, Faye, Jack, Norman and Jerry Brown; his grandson Max Cochran; his wife Marolyn Blackwell Cochran; his children, Karen Rogers (Ed), David Cochran (Kelly), Robert Cochran (Gayle) and Kelly Carmack (Joey); his grandchildren, Katie, Paige, Ashley, Kelsey, Michael, Lindsey and Callie; his great grandchildren, Abbey, Emma, Leila and Emily; and his siblings, Kennith Cochran (Gail) and Carolyn McLester. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
