He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Entrekin and Annie B. Entrekin; his children, Freida Entrekin and Gary Lee Entrekin; his grandson Dustin Helms; and his brothers, Eddie Entrekin and Ray Entrekin.
He is survived by: his significant other Barbara Entrekin; his son Scott Entrekin (DeAnna); his grandchildren, Jeremy Brown, Kristen Martin (Adam), Courtney Bearden (Blake), Chase Entrekin and Andrew Entrekin; his great grandchildren, Zander Lawless, Aleah Pitts, Brantley Bearden, Jackson Bearden, Ashlyn Martin, Zachary Martin and Evalynn Rose Entrekin; his siblings, Jerry Entrekin, Gary "Babe" Entrekin, Linda Cleveland, Jimmie Entrekin (Charlene), Paulette Chandler, Homer Entrekin (Linda), Vicki Mobley and Mitzi Pearson (Jeff); and his sisters-in-law, Janice Entrekin and Glenda Moxley (Robert). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
