He is survived by: his children, Madeline "Maddie" Anne Campbell, Claudia "Lamar" Campbell, Elaine "Ellie" Brannon Campbell and Christopher "Koerper" Campbell; his father Dr. John H. Campbell (Mary Ellen); his siblings, John H. Campbell, Jr (Kathryn), Gregory S. Campbell (Venessa) and Anne Kathryn Ashley (Russ); his half-brothers, Michael J. Campbell and Christopher J. Campbell; his nieces and nephews, Kristen Campbell Hendricks (Robert), John H. Campbell III (Saia), Gregory Scott Campbell, Jr, Lillian Bale Campbell, Claude Campbell Ashley and Carr Russell Ashley; and his aunt Linda C. Price (William).
