He is survived by: his wife Helantha Collins of Gadsden, AL.; his daughters, Christine Collins of Augusta, GA. and Chrissie Frank (David) of Augusta, GA.; his stepchildren, Orlando Terry of Atlanta, GA, Ann and Rhonda Terry; his siblings, Willie Joe Collins of Gadsden, AL and Eve Traynham (Eddie) of Douglasville, GA.; his grandchildren, Christyonna, Charlie, Charity, Michael, Mikyaha, Christiane, Warrendarius, Chrisette and Chaz; his sister-in-law Selenne Headen (Stephen) of Gadsden, AL.; his great-niece Shavonne Crocton of Gadsden, AL.; his cousin Bloria Hooks of Gadsden, AL; his adoptive daughter Yonna Shropshire; his close friend Bobby Luker; and his friends, David Posey and Rob Smith. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
