He was predeceased by: his parents, Lincoln Cash and Inez Cash; his grandparents, Frederick, Marjory Evans, Marvin and Dovie Cash; Olen and Sibyl Miller.

He is survived by: his wife Sharon Miller Cash; his son Timothy David Cash (Diana Cervantes); his stepdaughter Dawn Phillips Smith (Craig N. Smith); his brother Paul Cash (Patricia Cash); his niece Allison Cash; and his pet Norma Jean.

Family requests in lieu of Flowers that donations be made to Bellevue Baptist Church at 150 Noccalula Drive.
