He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Calloway and Maggie Calloway; his stepmother Estella Calloway; his brothers, Sherman, Ernest, Ed and William; and his siblings' child Kim Satomi.
He is survived by: his wife Catherine Satomi Hardy; his children, Karen Marie, Kevin Derek (Popeye), Keith Dock (Keindrell) and Georgia; his great grandchildren, Jordan Middleton, Jah, Leah Byers, Zion Vaughn, Bryson Russell, Desmond Peterson, Jr., Ava Dudley, Aiden Cotton, Kaisydn Ford, Russell, Zoey Sandridge, Amir Cotton, Kim and Bella Peterson; his siblings-in-law, Bessie Calloway, Amanda Baxter, Georgia, Mary Hughes and Rev. Gilbert Hardy, Sr.; his sibling's children, Betty Calloway Brooks, Carnell Williams, Kathleen Oliver (Edrick), Romae Thompson (Blake) and Marilyn (Tony); and his close friends, Joe Stedemire, Van Harris, Alythia Powell (Randy), Jackie Stark (Rick), Georgia, Pamela Butler, Joan, Claudette and Harilyn.
