He is survived by: his brother Josh Noojin; his significant other Janice Stevens Atchley; his children, Charlotte Elkins (Kenneth) and Heath Atchley (Tami); his siblings, Charles Atchley, Ed Atchley (Betty) and Gloria Stevens; his grandchildren, Micah Elkins (Leslie), Megan Elkins Fuller, Molli Rule (Garrett), Cayley Atchley, Cameron Atchley, Cooper Atchley, Jacob Smith (Salome) and Eli Smith; his great grandchildren, Austin, Jamin, Wyatt, Rance, Grayson, Maci, Norah, Lawton, Jude, Sebastion and Kohen; and his close friends, John, Rose Crow, Doyle, Glenda Anderson, Dave, Wanda Williams and Pat Cannon. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
