It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorsey Jewel Fann (Gadsden, Alabama), who passed away on June 15, 2018, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Sweeney and Mary Etta Sweeney; and her grandson Zachary Fann. She is survived by: her children, Sandra Young of Southside and Rick Fann (Lynda) of Steele; her grandchildren, Tony Young (Bernedette) of Huntsville, AL, Jody Young (Mandy) of Southside and Reagan Fann Kelley (Craig) of Henderson, NV; her son Tony Young (Bernedette); and her grandchild Mary Etta Fann. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
The family would like to express their Special thanks to Alacare Hospice, the nurses and staff of Gadsden Health Care . In Lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to the Alzheimer's Association.
