He is survived by: his son Dewarren Maurice Garrett (Santita); his granddaughters, Tamia La'chele Garrett, Sommer La'Rae Garrett, Keiyana Carpenter and Ashley McMassey; his sister Scenita Chambers; his stepchildren, Jeffery Garrett, William Garrett and Pamela Ranae Garrett (Tommy); his sibling's children, Jason Chambers, Jeffery Chambers and Jorden Chambers; and his great-aunt Imogene Harris. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
