She is survived by: her husband Herbert Clark; her children, Kathy Fowler, Rhonda Clark, David Clark and Dennis Clark; her siblings, Jimmy Jenkins (Jackie), Fred Jenkins (Pat) and Reba Jenkins (Jerry); her husband Kathy Fowler; and her son Jimmy Jenkins (Jackie). She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude's Hospital.
