She was predeceased by: her parents, Reverend D. E. Latham and Vernie P. Latham; her stepmother Pauline Latham; and her brother David Latham. She is survived by: her husband Charles W. Roe; her daughter Joy Roe Ballenger; and her sister Rebecca Dianne Williamson.

In lieu of flowers the family asks memorial contributions be made in her name to Rainbow Presbyterian Church-Missions (3220 Rainbow Drive, Rainbow City, AL 35906).
