It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Floyd Marrie (Gadsden, Alabama), who passed away on July 19, 2020, at the age of 42, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Fredia Marrie; his grandparents, Lonnie Marrie (Mary) and Lester Glover; and his uncles, Roosevelt Potter, David Williams, Willie Potter and Harold Marrie.
He is survived by: his father Leon Green (Latoya); his wife Monica Macon-Marrie; his children, Briana Macon, Tiara Macon and Tariq Ruffin; his grandchildren, Amarion Harris, Laiyah Macon and Kashtyn Maclin; his siblings, Christopher Marrie (Taylor), Travelous Marrie (Lara), Caleb Green and Angelia Green; his parents-in-law, Kimberly Garcia (Rogelio), Derrick Macon (Brenda) and Cory McGhee (Latasha); his grandmother Patricia Glover; his aunts and uncles, Josephine Harden, Rosa Lee Crook, Lonnie Johnson (William), Mary Ann Ragland, Loretta Marrie, John Marrie (Joyce), Larry Green (Sherrie), Jimmy Glover (Deborah), Ralph Marrie, Bestfriend and Rushando Horton (Kami); and his nephew Anija Bell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
