He was predeceased by: his parents, Freddie Blair and Lula Mae Blair; and his brothers, Bobby and Ricky Blair. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Blair; his children, Brian Blair (Michelle), Heath Blair (Dawn), Phil Blair (Anissa) and Catherine Wooden (Jeffery); his grandchildren, Trent Blair (Autumn), Dylan Blair (Katelyn), Kyle Blair, Wade Blair, Alex Wooden, Lauren Holderfield (Nick), Carolyn Blair, Gracie Blair, Allison Austin (Heath) and Ellie Wooden; and his grandsons-in-law, Heath Austin and Nick Holderfield.

In lieu of flowers, donations made be made to the Cross Creek Community Church building fund.
