He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lively and Gladys Lively; and his sister Linda Gail Smith. He is survived by: his son Danny Lively (Alicia); his grandson Rex Allen Lively; and his siblings, Alice Faye Eller and Gary Wayne Lively. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
