He was predeceased by : his parents, Jim Steakley and Bessie Steakley; and his wife Frances Bates Steakley. He is survived by : his sons, Howard Earl (Annette), Thomas "Butch" and Roger Steakley (Dominika); and his grandsons, Jeffery Steakley and Alexander Steakley.
