Spivey; his daughter Brittany; his grandson Jayceon Fleming; his parents, Lee White (Mike) and Neal Spivey (Riteshell); his brother David Spivey; and his parents-in-law, Faye McCain (John McCain Jr.) and Paul Duncan (Debby). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts & uncles and many special family members.
