He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Edgeworth and Edna Edgeworth. He is survived by: his wife Judy Edgeworth; his son Matthew Edgeworth; his sibling's children, Brett Evans (Jessica), Whitney Taylor (Bradley), Brooke Beene (Alex), Kailey Maddox (Peyton) and Grant Echols; his great-nieces and great-nephews, MaHaylee, Peyson Evans, Chloe, Colson Taylor and Elandra Kate Beene; his cousins, Ray Edgeworth (Peggy), Charlotte Moore and Donna Bragg; Kathy Echols, Jeffery, Shaleene Echols, Louvenia Layton, Bruce and Sherrie Evans.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials be made to O'Neal Comprehensive Cancer Center at UAB, 1824 6th Avenue S, Birmingham, AL 35233 in Kelly's Memory.
