She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Nation and Pauline Nation (Buntain); her siblings, Brian Nation and Bobbye Nation; and her grandchild Jordan Chilton.
She is survived by: her spouse Ryan Erwin; her children, Brittany McIntosh of Eminence, KY, Tara Floyd (Jason) of Louisville, KY, Christina, Brett and Alana; her grandchildren, Peyton Chilton of Eminence, KY and Joaquin Matter of Louden, VA; and her siblings, Carol Nation, Juletta Childers, Tommy Nation, Jimmy Flowers and Gary Nation.
