He was predeceased by: his father Louie Franklin. He is survived by: his mother Beatsie Taylor Cooper of Boaz; his children, Garret Cooper of Birmingham and Kelsey Liggett of Tennessee; and his siblings, Justin Cooper of Gadsden, Matthew Caudle of Vestavia and Dusti Rains of Centre.
