He is survived by: his former wife Miriam Brookins Ragland; his wife Mary Reio; his children, Kim Turpeau, Tiffany DeRamus and Adrian Ragland (Amber); and his siblings, Eugene Ragland (Gwendolyn), Debra Naplah (Naplah), Dewayne Ragland (Beverly), Timothy Ragland (Lanice), Beverly Key (Shawn), Belinda Ragland and Cassandra Ragland Watkins. He is also survived by 16 nieces and nephews, and a host of family and friends.
