She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Wilson Spray and Ruth Spray; and her brothers, Bob and Bill Spray. She is survived by: her husband Rick Scruggs; her sons, Chris and Brian Westcott; her grandchildren, Owen, Taylor and Hannah Westcott; her sister-in-law Maerene Spray; and her friends, Betty Rose Jones and Serena.
