She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Earl Pesnell, Sr.; her sons, Edward Earl Pesnell, Jr. and John David Pesnell; her parents, David J. Daniel and Annie Mae Daniel; and her sister JoAnn Johnston.

She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia Pesnell Anderman; her son-in-law Howard Mark Anderman; her grandchildren, Daniel Matthew Anderman and Elizabeth Lee Anderman; and her great grandchild Samuel Anderman.
