He was predeceased by: his wife Janice. He is survived by: his son Jeff Roberts; his grandsons, Benjamin and Hugh Roberts; his siblings, Betty Griffin, Dot Montgomery, Ann Smith, Virginia Voss and Bill Edwards; and his siblings' children, Derek Brown, John Smith, Ditra Montgomery Campbell and Crystal Smith.
Due to COVID concerns, the family will not be having a chapel service in Gadsden at this time.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to Comfort Care Hospice in Gadsden.
