He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Gallman Foster; his child Terry Wayne Foster (Donna) of Teresa Deweese; his sister Joan England (Champ); his wife Terry Wayne Foster (Donna); and his children, Teresa Deweese, Daphne Foster, Jeremy Foster, Diane Jones (Dewight), Donna Wesson (Terry), Deborah Watts (Tommy), Linda Thacker (James) and Joan England (Champ). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
