He was predeceased by: his former wife Laura Hopper Hall; his parents, Hugh Hall and Edweina Hall; his daughter Mary Alice Hall Fidler (Bernard); and his brother Hugh Alan Hall.

He is survived by: his wife Nancy Baker Hall; his children, Elizabeth Hall Tucker (Larry), Nila Prickett Nabors (Greg) and Jonathan Prickett (Donna); his grandchildren, Angela Fidler Pfammatter (Mike), Andrew Fidler (Lizzie), Caitlin Fidler, Patrick Tucker (Christen), Laura Tucker, Laura Lynn Prickett Dunaway (Chad), Alex Prickett and Caroline Nabors; his great grandchildren, Camille Belle Pfammatter, Elijah Fischer-Fidler and Marigold Fischer-Fidler; and his close friends, Joe Atkins, Robert Beaube, Ben Johnston, Michael Lowery, Robert Moon, Jim Stivender, James F. Storey and Dr. Ralph Wesley.
