He is survived by: his wife Eula Mae Higgins; his siblings, Clifford Higgins, Jr. (Loretta) of Cedar Bluff, AL, Gloria Curry (Julian) of Cedar Bluff, AL, DiAnn Stallings (Preston) of Cedar Bluff, AL, Dora Moore (Johnny Mack) of Cedar Bluff, AL, Carolyn Wheeler (George), David Higgins (Ann) and Mark Higgins (Eva); his aunt Annie McGee of Chicago, IL; and his siblings-in-law, Jacqueline Higgins of Gadsden, AL, Carol Ann Dixon, James Clifton of Oxnard, CA, Michael Clifton (Shirlett) and Arnold Steven. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousin and friends.
