With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Marie Tilley (Gadsden, Alabama), born in Marietta, Georgia, who passed away on September 2, 2021 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Howington and Hazel Howington; and her sister Lisa Dorrough. She is survived by: her husband Robert Earl Tilley; her son Robert Scott Tilley (Kellie); her siblings, Janet Simmons, Linda Patty (Randy) and Kenneth Howington (Shannon); her siblings-in-law, Allen Dorrough and Gail Moles; and her siblings' children, Stacy Hall (Lee), Karen Munos (Jeff), Kim Kimsey (David), Mallie Knight (Cameron), Kara Bell (Zac), Holley Dorrough, Jason Patty (Maggie), Brandon Dorrough, Mike Simmons and Shane Moles.
Per family request, masks are mandatory during visitation.
In Lieu of flowers, it is requested memorials be made to Malone Baptist Church.
