He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Lewis and Emma Sue Arther. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Holmes Arther; his children, Melinda Hallmark (Dwayne Hallmark) and Michael Arther (Christie James Arther); his grandsons, Kyle Hamilton, Dwayne Hallmark Jr. and Cason Arther; his brothers, Lewis Arther (Donna) and Mike Arther (Pam); his close friends, Gary Dillard and Joseph Dillard; and his sister Sharon Rutledge. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
