He was predeceased by: his former wife Linda Blair; his parents, Freddie Blair and Lula Mae Blair; and his brothers, Lamar, Bobby and Ricky Blair.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Lowman Blair; his daughter Kim Carter (Tim); his stepsons, Bill Lowman (Dee Dee) and Wade Lowman (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Justin Carter (Ireasha), Wesley Lowman (Allison) and Alli Lowman; his great grandchildren, Kinsey, Eva Carter and Kennedy Marie Lowman; and his brother Jerry Blair (Glenda).
