We are sad to announce that on September 9, 2019, at the age of 88, Johnny Walter Blackwell (Gadsden, Alabama) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Benson Blackwell and Audrey Blackwell; his sister Joyce Reagan (Clifford); and his brother-in-law Roy Brown. He is survived by: his wife Faye Blackwell; his children, Craig Blackwell (Vivian), John Blackwell (Kristi), Mark Blackwell (Candi) and Pam Jackson (Ty); his grandchildren, Craig, Cody Blackwell, Victoria Majano (Carlos), Casey, Makenzi Blackwell, Serah, Andrew, John-Mark Blackwell, Sky Simpson, Brett, Brady and Bradley Jackson; and his sisters, Elaine Brown and Glenda Bobo (Harold).
