He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma Foster and Hobart Foster; his parents-in-law, Lottie Howell and James Howell; his son-in-law Steven Beasley; his granddaughter Kara Dianne Beasley; his siblings-in-law, Bobby Howell, Thomas Howell and Sue Howell; and his close friends, Gene Stephens and Pat Miller.

He is survived by: his wife Carol Foster; his children, Kimberly Stewart (Tommy), Karen Williams (Jerry), Jodi Smith (Cameron), Kris Foster (Randi) and Joseph Foster; his grandchildren, Adam Beasley, Cody Beasley (Kassi), Kori Phillips (Chase), Aaron Williams, Kaitlyn Beasley, Gracie Foster, Kaine Foster and Calvin Smith; his great grandchildren, Zachary Beasley, Jaxon Williams, MaKayla Lowe, Eden Beasley, Elijah Beasley, Kameryn Phillips and Case Beasley; his close friend Dianne Miller; and his sisters-in-law, Amy Smith and Glenda Howell. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
