Joyce Blanton Luker Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Blanton Luker (Gadsden, Alabama), who passed away on September 7, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Bob Luker; her parents, Ray Blanton and Velma Blanton; and her siblings, Hoyt Blanton, Sr. and Kathryn Phillips (Kit).
She is survived by: her daughter Debbie Luker Walker; her granddaughter Hannah Grace Walker Swindall; her grandson-in-law Nicholas Swindall; her great grandchild Robert Jordan Swindall; her son Allen Ray; and her sister Bobbie Hicks. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family requests no flowers. Donations may be made in her memory to the Etowah Baptist Association Mission Center, 221 North 27th Street, Gadsden, AL 35901.
