She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughters, Barbara Colvin (Hubert), Pam Carroll (Jim) and Kathy Jones (Jim); her husband Charles Byron Biggar, Jr.; her daughter Bonnie Dewey; her grandsons, Alan Jones and Hubert Lamar Colvin, Jr.; her parents, Walter Watford and Laura Dean Watford; and her sister Virginia Barker. She was also cherished by twelve grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren, and one great-great grandson.
