She was predeceased by: her father Andre Willemsen. She is survived by: her mother Ruby Sherman; her sons, Jason Blocker (Cassie) and Bradley Blocker (Stephanie); and her grandsons, Andrue Blocker, Hunter Blocker, Garrett Pentecost and Kaleb Pentecost. She is also survived by aunts, cousins, and close friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family wishes that donations be made to the Medical Education and Research Institute in Memphis.
