Larry Wayne Coker Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Larry Wayne Coker (Gadsden, Alabama), who passed away on September 15, 2021 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Coker and Cammie Coker; and his siblings, J. W. Coker (Marguerite), Audrey Coker (Cookie), Marguerite McClure (Jim), Glenn Benefield (Zoe), Jackie Coker (Sue), Liz Hester (Roland), Wallace Coker, JoAnn Gray (Allen) and Butch Coker.

He is survived by: his wife Peggy Abernathy Coker; his children, Brian Coker (Staci), Tonya Orr (Tim) and Suzi Stewart (Dan); his grandchildren, Emilee Coker, Gavin Orr, Garrett Orr, Gracie Orr and Cami Stewart; his siblings, Bobby Coker (Patsy), George Oates, Mary Noah (Bill), Kenneth Coker (Judy), Pauline Lee and Sharon Coker; his grandsons, Daulton Coker, Dantley Coker and Drake Stewart; his close friend George Lancaster; his nephew Stacey Coker; his sons-in-law, Tim Orr and Dan Stewart; and his great grandchildren, Briar and Sloan Coker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
