He was predeceased by: his parents, Verma Garrard and Clyde L. Garrard; his wife LeeDell Norwood Garrard; and his sister Evelyn Garrard Daugherty. He is survived by: his daughters, Beverly Harlow, Deborah Self (Rodney) and Teresa Novitski (Tom); his grandchildren, Dwain Francis (Amy), Dan Francis, Jason Novitski (Katie), Jeremy Novitski (Heather) and Jennifer Wetherbee (Ed); his great grandchildren, David, Luke Francis, Anna Lynn Francis and Oliver Wetherbee; his siblings, Sue White and Jim Garrard (Teresa); and his friend Lois Clark.
