He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Bothwell and Willie Mae Bothwell; his brother Henry Bothwell (late Vivian); and his parent-in-law Eddie Johnson (Clovia) of Gadsden, Alabama.. He is survived by: his children, Leon and Latoya Deon Pena (Jesse) of Oneonta, Alabama.; his grandchildren, Nevaeha, Natasha, Natoya and Nakira Pena of Oneonta, Alabama.; his siblings, Mary Evans (late Rueben), Leonard Bothwell Jr. Carolyn Polk (late Jerry) and Dorothy Phillips (Curtis) of Ashville, Alabama.; and his father-in-law Phillip Johnson (Janice).
