He is survived by: his daughters, Regena Daugherty Millis and Melanie Daugherty Mixon; his brother Conley Daugherty; his grandchildren, Michele Shearin (Donald) and Mark Anthony Millis (Angie); his great grandchildren, Brandon Shearin, Jordan Shearin, Amanda Shearin, Hannah Robson, Dakota Millis, Meagan Counts and Callie Buttler; and his great great grandchildren, Shawn Shearin, Kraylynn Agee and Corbin Agee.
