He was predeceased by: his wife Eva Martin. He is survived by: his children, Betty Pendley (Charles) and James Martin Southside (Shirley); his grandchildren, Pam Pendley (Patrick), Martin Pendley, Kelly Pendley (Chris), Brown Pendley and David Pendley (Tina); his great grandchildren, Parker Brown, Avery Brown, Grant Martin, Paige Martin and Jacob Moon; and also Gadsden. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
