She was predeceased by: her brother Steven Charles Parrom (Pamela). She is survived by: her husband Anthony Charles Prater; her children, Antonio Prater, Marchetta Prater-Jelks and Anthony Charles Prater, Jr.; her grandchildren, Tameka Prater, Jeffery Jelks, Devin Jelks (Kosha) and Tevin Jelks; and her sisters, Clara Underwood (Roscoe, Sr.) and Marie McCall (David). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
