It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lisa Brooks Bishop of Gadsden, Alabama, who passed away on October 28, 2021, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Lebert 'Peanut Brooks; and her stepfather Joe Goble. She is survived by: her children, Anthony Helms (Miranda), Kimberly Helms and Blake Helms; her grandchildren, Haley Jackson, Breanna Jackson, Isaac Helms, Shannon Spinks, Crimson Spinks and Jody Spinks; her mother Gail Goble; her siblings, Sherry Adams (Charlie), Danny Brooks (Mary Ann) and Wonda Bates (Tony Laughlin); and her stepbrother Randy Goble. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
