She was predeceased by: her children, Raymond Blount, Lester Pearson and Carrie Freeman; her siblings, Janie B. Chapman, Etheline James, Mary Wiggins, Sarah Nettles, Ruben Perine, Charlie Perine and John Perine, Jr.; her grandson Carey Clemons; and her sons-in-law, Raymond Campbell and Jimmie.
She is survived by: her significant other John Perine; her children, Julius Pearson of Gadsen, AL, Cephas Pearson, Jr. (Winifred) of Miami, FL, Shirley Campbell of New Orleans, LA, Patricia Clemons of Gadsden, AL, Cathy Dowdell (Robert) of Gadsden, AL, Sabrina Pearson of Gadsden, AL, Diane Glass of Gadsden, AL and Cleo Thomas (Bobby) of Mapleton, GA; her daughter-in-law Gwen Pearson of Cleveland, OH; her brother-in-law Edward Lee Wiggins of Mobile, AL; and her friends, Martha Hicks, Hazel of Washington, Edna Orr and Elouise Wimberly. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren, and several great-great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives.
