He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Milam and Addie Milam; his grandson Noah Frasier; and his great grandchild Forrest Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Doris Milam; his children, Tanya Frasier (Rickey) and Jonathon Milam (Jana); his grandchildren, Julie Johnson (Matt), Alaina Milam and Cooper Milam; and his great grandchildren, Darcie and Finn Johnson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
