She is survived by: her daughter Wanda Faye Jelks; her stepson Anthony Leach (Kim); her grandchildren, Demetrius Jelks, Sr., Eric Jelks and Scottie Ruffin; her sister Evon Johnson (Charlie, Jr.); and her cousin Dorothy King. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren.
