She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Lee Cook and Thomas Edison Cook; and her brothers, Thomas, William "Dub" and Robert Cook.

She is survived by: her husband Don Peek; her daughters, Cheryl Tucker (Lamont) and Lori Hornsby (Garlan); her grandchildren, Lindsey Alewine (Jose), Jessica Wester (Justin), Hannah Hornsby and Jake Alewine; her great grandchildren, Kincade, Auron Moffett and Greyson Wester; and her brother Terry Cook (Merry). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
