He is survived by: his wife Sharon Maske Green; his son Michael S. Green (Wanda Warren Green); his grandsons, Blake Green (Lauren) and Dax Green; and his siblings, Rickie Green (Donna), Dot Johnson (John Sullivan) and Barbara "Penny" Vaughn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and uncountable friends.
