She was predeceased by: her parents, George Lee and Bonnie Lee; her daughter Lisa Anders; and her great grandchild Henry Douglas Boozer (late Kenneth Mayo). She is survived by: her sons, Lenny Blackwell (Melissa) and Brent Blackwell (Brandy); her grandchildren, Lee Smith, Drew Blackwell, Bradley Anders, Megan Boozer (Blake), Bevin Payne (Logan) and Caden Blackwell; her stepsons, Jack Mayo (Cheryl), Ken Mayo and Jacob Mayo (Jennifer); her stepgrandchildren, Mallory Leeman (Eben), Zack Mayo, Hailey Mayo, Anna Mayo, Jackson Mayo, Brittany Watts and Caleb Watts; her great grandchildren, Braden Boozer, Kace Smith, Samuel Smith, Hudson Hill, Brylee Payne, Rubie Anders and Emey Payne; her sisters, Carrie Chambers and Deborah Mitchell (Dennis); and her sister-in-law Mary Frances Gilchrist. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
