She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Lee Diggs; her daughter Karen Lynn Diggs; and her parents, Cecil Whitman and Mattie Whitman. She is survived by: her children, Lee Ann Diggs (Charlie Vaughn), Tim Diggs (Phyllis) and Bill Diggs; her sister Judy Oaks (Earl); her grandchildren, Becky Mahannah (Jason), Josh Billingsley (Karen), Haley Billingsley, Heather Hartmann (Dylan), Jennifer Diggs, Catherine Diggs and Jessica Dillard (Ryan); and her close friends, Vickie Brown and Claudette Wagnon. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a local Animal Shelter.
